It’s great when you get some good news and even better when you get praised for doing the right thing. In this recent article in the Nottingham Post, Sundown Adventureland has been named as one of the best and most affordable children’s theme parks in UK.
It was described as ‘an excellent choice’ for those living in or near the East Midlands, although we do know that many travel much further for their day with us. Families travel even further still when they are staying with us at the magical Wild Acre Village.
With more than 40 rides and attractions for children under the age of ten, from pirate boat rides to interactive monkeys, there’s something for kids of all ages.
The survey by Outdoor Toys also said Sundown was one of the most affordable places to visit and sits in the top three, with a child’s day ticket costing just £24.
They said: “With a near-perfect score of 4.5 on TripAdvisor and 62 per cent of reviews rating it ‘excellent’, Sundown Adventureland is an excellent choice for those living in or near the East Midlands.”
