Spooktacular Halloween 2025

Straighten your hat, dust off your gown and bring out your bats to come and cast a Halloween spell at Spooky Sundown. It’s all happening on the weekend of 11th-12th October and then every day from 18th October through until 2nd November.

You can join the Scream Team and follow the spooky clues that take you around the park to complete the Monster Hunt. If you complete the trail, you will receive a tasty treat as your reward!

We’re HUGE fans of Halloween, but not fans at all of being scared witless. So, for us, the theme throughout the park is a spooky, fun-filled, family-friendly Halloween adventure. There’s nothing to scare the kids or extra nervous adults, it’s just simple spooky fun with witches, pumpkins and a few extra fun surprises along the way.

On the trail, the aim is to find all of our Halloween characters who are hiding around the park. If you don’t know them already, they are known as Spike, Gretchin, Boltz, UGO and the Unknown Pharaoh who is bejewelled with chunky gold chains and gigantic, gleaming Amethyst.

At each hiding place, there’s a stamp to allow you to stamp your cards (you can always ask a grown-up for help if needed!). To make it a little easier, at each location, there will also be a clue telling you which area of the park the next member of the scream team is hiding. When you have collected all 5 stamps head to the Pumpkin Café, where you’ll be rewarded with your chocolatey treat as a prize.

Also, look at the back of the activity sheet, as there will be the chance to win a free T-shirt. All you have to do is enter your picture of your own Monster drawing and have a grown-up share it to our Facebook page for a chance to win. Good Luck.

A little secret

Even if you don’t manage to find all of the clues or solve the puzzle, there’s no reason to be down. Just head to the Pumpkin Cafe and you can still have a sweet treat as a prize for trying so hard and being brave.

The clues are hidden all over the park, so you’ll need your best-exploring shoes, a keen eye and your big brave pants on to complete it.

And the best bit is that you get to see pumpkins and spookiness all around the park while you’re exploring and finding the hidden clues.

The park will be dressed with loads of spooky loveliness throughout and there’ll be loads for the kids to see and do.
