Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) in all of our cafes and retail outlets.

We don’t have any cash machines on site but cash back of up to £50 can be given from any of the cafes.

Any found lost property will be taken to and stored at the entrance kiosk. If you find any item of lost property yourself, please hand to a member of staff.

Yes, you will be given a hand stamp when leaving, this will allow you to gain entry back into the park.

We have two first aid rooms on the park, one adjacent to the Pumpkin Patch Café and another inside the Crash Landings play area. However, if you require first aid please approach any member of staff and we will assist straight away.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food which you may eat in any of the picnic areas.

You may not consume your own food in any of the cafes.

We do have manual wheelchairs available to hire, please call the office on 01777 248274 to reserve.

If you wish to make a complaint during your visit, please speak to the gate team before leaving. If you wish to raise a complaint after you have left the attraction please e-mail info@sundownadventureland.co.uk sending full details of the nature of the complaint including your contact information, name, order ID number & email address. We will require proof of your attendance before we are able to deal with your complaint.

We do offer discounted tickets which are only available online, these need to be purchased in advance up to midnight the day before your intended date of visit.

During low season the rides operate on an alternating basis, you will be given a timetable on arrival at the park. Throughout the rest of the season (high season) all the rides operate continuously throughout the day.

Lost children will be taken to Crash Landings/Rodeo Café whilst their parents/ carers are located.

We have three cafes onsite, Crash Landings Indoor play area & Café, Rodeo Corral Indoor play area & Café, and Pumpkin Patch Café. (Please note that on Low Season days Rodeo Corral & Pumpkin Patch may be closed or only serving snacks.)

Pets or animals of any nature are prohibited on the park, except for harnessed guide or assistance dogs.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited other than in the designated smoking areas.

Due to Sundown Adventureland being a Children’s Theme Park, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted into the park.

Yes, standard tickets can be purchased on arrival (subject to availability) throughout the main season (excluding family tickets), however, you must pre-book if you are visiting during the Christmas Spectacular.

No, Parking is Free for Sundown Adventureland guests.

Tickets are sold on the understanding that no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed.

Guests unable to visit the Xmas Spectacular due to severe weather conditions will not be refunded but transferred to any date up to the 24th of December, or a credit can be raised to use the following season.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

We have options and products suitable for specific dietary needs.

Allergen information is available on request from all our Cafes.

If the park is temporarily closed, we will try our best to transfer your booking to an alternate date subject to availability.

Yes, we have the main Gift Shop and several smaller kiosk outlets located throughout the park (*smaller outlets may be closed in low season).

You are welcome to pray during your visit to the park, but we do not have any specific prayer areas.

We do not have any live animals at the park.

Yes, most of our rides are accessible to children under 90cm accompanied by a responsible adult (please see ride page for further details). All our outdoor play areas are designed to cater for all age ranges. Our 2 soft play areas have dedicated play areas for the various heights.

You can call the office to change the date of your booking for an admin cost of £5 per booking (subject to availability).
