Fort Apache Outdoor Play
Fort Apache is another huge outdoor play area and it’s been designed to feel like you’ve entered an Old American Wild West Cavalry Post.

There's something for all ages here with a safety soft floor throughout, you can rest assured that it’s safe too.
The centrepiece is a multi-level climbing and sliding structure with forts to play in and defend against all incomers, and great whizzy slide to help you escape. If you’re brave enough there’s a great big curly whirly slide so you get dizzy on the way down
Around the edges there are loads of obstacles, a specially designed kids assault course and a whole town of interconnected Wild West buildings to clamber through, explore and let your imagination run riot.

Rules of play
- The Play equipment has been designed for children of various ages and abilities.
- A responsible adult must supervise their children, whilst using the play equipment at all times.
- This area is unsupervised by staff members of Sundown Adventureland.
- No food or drink allowed on the play equipment.
- Sensible footwear must be worn in this play area.
- Please be aware during warm weather slides may become hot! Ensure children cover arms and legs before using the slides.
- Most importantly……. HAVE LOTS OF FUN!
General Information
- For your safety, exceptions are not possible
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within Sundown Adventureland, with the exception of designated areas (see map for locations).
- We inspect our play equipment daily. However if something looks damaged or unsafe, please report this to a member of staff.
- In the interest of health and safety, Sundown reserves the right to close any ride, attraction or even the whole park without prior notice.
- Tall people, please be aware of low doorways when entering/exiting buildings.
- Age restrictions in force in this area (RED TUBE SLIDE).
- CCTV is in operation in this area.

Noah’s Ark Under 5’s Play Area
This is the beginning of our story here at Sundown. Starting way back in 1968 these are some of our earliest pieces of play equipment still in use today.

Rodeo Corral Indoor Play Area & Cafe
An excellent choice if you have younger kids as they can play and have great fun but have no way of escaping, so you can genuinely relax and enjoy your tea, coffee, phone and TikTok for a few minutes to get your breath back.

Another huge, imaginative outdoor adventure play area with a strong theme on the smugglers of old. Plenty of places to clamber and hide to evade capture and keep your smuggled treasure.
