The safety and security of Sundown Adventureland’s guests and staff are of paramount importance to us as a business.

We are continually monitoring the government’s Coronavirus guidelines and will endeavour to adapt our processes if anything changes. We are closely following the latest hygiene recommendations and have a clear procedure in place to ensure we are taking the safest actions possible.

We would advise you to check the Gov.UK website for the most up-to-date information: gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public.

DO NOT ENTER the park with the following:

• High temperature above 38 degrees
• A persistent dry cough
• Shortness of breath

(This list is not exhaustive, please check Gov / NHS websites for up to date information).

If any of the above applies to you or your family, we ask that you refrain from visiting our park and making contact with our guests or team members. If you have tickets booked for today, when you return home please call us to rearrange your visit.

Park Visits:

To protect yourself, family and others please follow recommended guidelines:

• Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch your cough or sneeze.
• Bin the tissues, and to kill the germs.
• Wash your hands with soap and water.
• Always wash hands before eating.

Guest Questions:

I have tickets booked to visit with my family, but I’m worried about Coronavirus, can I get a refund?
We had no outbreaks of Coronavirus at our park and we’re open as normal, therefore our normal terms and conditions apply, we can however remove your tickets and leave a credit amount on your booking to use at any point in the next 12 months.

If we/government close the park, will I get a refund?

If anything were to change with regards to the park being closed, we will contact you via the email/contact number you provided on your booking. We will also keep our social media page and website up to date also.

If we do close and you have pre-booked tickets you will be able to use them on another date for up to 12 months (please be aware that if tickets are used on a higher bracketed day there may be a small charge).

What are we doing on-site to prevent the outbreak of Coronavirus at the park?

We have very strict cleaning procedures in place across the park, including on our rides, in our cafes and at our gift and catering outlets and all our staff have received extra training in hygiene processes.

In addition, we are actively encouraging our guests and team to follow Government and NHS advice on regular handwashing and have provided hand sanitiser around the park, for our guests to use.
