Ride Access Pass

Queue Assist Passes for your visit to Sundown Adventureland must be booked in advance and require a valid Sundown Adventureland Digital Access Pass (DAP) or Access Card with either the Standing and Queuing or Urgent Access to Toilets symbol.

Do you already have a Sundown Adventureland DAP or an Access Card with the Standing and Queuing/Urgent Access to Toilets symbol?

• If yes, you can book a Queue Assist Pass via the form
• If not, please register your access needs with Nimbus Disability to obtain a Sundown Digital Access Pass that can be used to book a pass.

You can choose to:

• Apply for a Sundown Digital Access Pass to use with Sundown Adventureland only (free of charge and lasts for 3 years), or
• Upgrade to a full Access Card for £15, valid for 3 years and accepted at over 2,000 venues across the UK.

The Queue Assist Pass allows eligible guests to avoid standing in the main ride queue. Instead, they may use the ride’s exit to enter the ride.

Please note:

• The pass does not offer instant access to rides.

To maintain a high-quality experience for all guests, Queue Assist Passes must be pre-booked.

Stage 1 – Registering Access Requirements

If you don’t already have an Access Card or Sundown Adventureland DAP, register your needs with Nimbus Disability. This can be done online, via phone appointment or paper applications.

• Applying for a Sundown Adventureland Digital Access Pass is free and lasts for 3 years.
• Upgrade to a full Access Card for £15 (valid for 3 years across 2,000+ UK venues).

Please allow 4–5 days for application processing.

Stage 2 – Booking the Pass

All Queue Assist Passes must be booked in advance.

• If you have a valid Sundown Adventureland DAP or Access Card with the Standing and Queueing or Urgent Access to Toilets symbol, you can simply book via the form below
• After you have purchased your admission tickets to visit Sundown Adventureland.
• After booking, you will receive an email confirmation to present on the day of your visit.

Stage 3 – Collecting Your Pass

When you arrive, please present your booking confirmation to our Admissions Team while collecting your admission tickets.  They will issue your Queue Assist Pass and wristband, which will be valid for that day only.

The combined wristband and pass entitles the applicant and up to three accompanying guests’ entry to each ride for up to 10 uses.

Stage 4 – Using the Pass

To use the Ride Access Pass around Sundown Adventureland, follow these steps:

• Enter the designated entrance as directed by ride signage. (Usually the exit gate)
• Present your Ride Access Pass and show your wristbands to the operator, who will tear off one single tab from the pass and then hand back the remaining tokens, each token lets the group have one go on the ride.
• At the earliest opportunity, you’ll be instructed to board the ride.
• Please note that the Ride Access Pass is only valid on the stated date of your visit and that the eligible guests must continue to wear the wristband for the full duration of your stay in the park. Note too that whilst the Ride Access Pass may be used 10 times, you may ride as many times as you wish by using the main queue line.
• Guests who qualify for the Queue Assist Scheme MUST abide by the rules of any particular ride as detailed on the individual Ride Information Boards, located at each ride and as summarised on the Ride Accessibility page. Exceptions to height, age and Health and Safety restrictions will not be made under any circumstances and we ask for a guest’s co-operation on this matter.

• The pass must be presented at the ride exit, unless otherwise directed.
• Ride compatibility and capacity will determine the number of guests allowed per group.
• Ride operators will ensure safe boarding and may ask guests to wait briefly before entering.
• The Queue Assist Pass does not apply to character meet-and-greets, live shows, access to our two soft play areas, or special events.
• Ride operators cannot assist with physical lifting or transfer on/off rides.
• All decisions regarding ride access lie with the Ride Operator.
• Passes and wristbands remain the property of Sundown Adventureland.
• Sundown Fun Pass holders only need to apply for a Queue Assist Pass once, and it will remain valid for the duration of their pass. When renewing the Fun Pass, a new application for the Queue Assist Pass will be required.
